New without tags. Box and packaging is included. Purchased these and wore once for an event on 11/9. Heel has slight imperfection that I did not notice upon purchase. Perfect condition. New. I cannot wear long term due to the narrow toe box. Otherwise, extremely comfortable and love the Mary Jane style!!
