toonafeash @jesusfreak1130 hey!! thanks for ur interest, it would definitely fit for 5'4" w heels, I'm 5'3" and i wore sneakers for the picture and it was the perfect length if I had put heels on. also 45 is my lowest, so sorry but it's basically brand new!

toonafeash @musclemom hi! thanks for your interest. bust is 14 in and hips are 15 in laying flat. however this is a polyester/lycra dress so there is a lot of stretch room. the model in the photo is XS and has 34-35 hips 32 bust and it JUST fits- someone one size up from that would definitely be able to fill this dress a lot better! let me know if you have any other questions.
