NWOT Rugrats Tommy 2002 Viacom international INC. Paramount Parks Hat

You can tell the hat is new, from the sales tag plastic string is still attached - see photo #11 & condition it is in. Love the Royal blue color. It is embroidered by hand (I think) bc you can see the stitching work very well. Says Paramount Parks on the back of hat. Has a stretching band all around the hat. And has flaps on sides & back, unlike a regular hat. Would even make a good conversation piece for a shelf, hence it’s 22 yrs old & super cool !
