NWOT Royal Blue Blouse/Tunic - purchased in Italy

Beautiful royal blue tunic blouse purchased in a Tuscany. No labels - just size XL. Lovely front lace overlay. Three buttons in front, button cuffs, and button sleeve tabs for rolling the sleeves up. Unique back with 2 horizontal seams with three buttons on one side and three loops on the other so the garment may be buttoned in the back for a more fitted look. The material looks like rayon. Approx. measurements are: Front 28”, Armpit to Armpit 23”, Sleeves 25-1/2”, Back 32”. NEW
