les_soeurs Hi, we just tried to send a message via your profile page but couldn’t. We’re reaching out here regarding your purchase from our closet on Feb 19. It shipped Feb 20 & stopped tracking Feb 24. Frustrated, we’ve contacted Poshmark Support & USPS about an apparently missing in transit package. Awaiting their reply. So sorry about this. Thanks.

les_soeurs @visitingvenus I’m now getting mixed reports. - Poshmark says it’s moving again, and on the way to you (but no ETA). USPS says it’s merely opened a case to find it. Ugh.

visitingvenus @les_soeurs hi! Just curious if you’ve gotten any update on if they’ve located the package? The PDF files I’ve been receiving haven’t shown anything except that it’s still “in transit to the next facility.”

les_soeurs @visitingvenus USPS sent an email confirming an investigation is underway. Poshmark didn’t provide guidance yet. I mailed a $10 item same day to a different region and it’s also MIA after Feb 24 in Santa Clarita regional PO — makes me suspect mail theft. 😕

visitingvenus @les_soeurs that’s very strange, we have a large lockbox that items are meant to be placed in when delivered. USPS doesn’t deliver to our doors. But I will contact them when I return back to Nashville. Thank you!
