NWOT Rockport Leather Oxfords w/ Brogue Details

My mom's. She's the original owner and bought these new in the 00s or late 90s. New, never worn. Only tried on. Quality shoes, typical of Rockport—well made and designed to be comfortable. Brogue details. Slightly pointed/almond toe. Insole has arch support contour. Padded tongue. Vibram sole with some traction. Really lightweight shoes. From Rockport outlet store; marked as irregular but I'm not sure why. I don't see any aesthetic flaws or anything that makes them appear irregular.
