Tags have been cut but it is in brand new condition. This dress is so flattering and really gives the illusion of an hourglass shape! It's not tight on the tummy area and it is very slimming especially for being a mini dress. It's made of linen and can be washed at home. The dress is smocked in the back to add some stretch and has a zipper closure in the back!
