Brand new and I selected "with tags" because they are in the original box. There were no price tags on this box when I bought them so they won't have any price tags but they are new. I tried them on once and they didn't match my outfit so then I disinfected them and put them back into the box. Nothing wrong with them they will be so cute on you or if you give them as a gift!
