@adreeen hi there! It measures 17.5 laying flat armpit to armpit, and 17 inches laying flat where it ties (photos added) From there, the dress is veryyy loose and tents out. For additional reference, I am a Size 6/Medium and at it fit me, I just did not find it flattering for my body type.
