jlallen77 I've never had an insert or duvet cover. how does the insert attach to the cover so it doesn't move around?

sanguinity @jlallen77 hi! I have one on my bed. Inside the duvet there are ties in the corners and the down or alternative down comforters and on their corners are loops to tie the ends of duvet to (all inside duvet so not seen outside duvet)
