NWOT Pilcro flutter sleeve button down dress L

I’m selling this adorable fun dress that I have sadly never worn and it now doesn’t fit. As you can see from the pics, it has raw hems and while it says it’s a flutter dress, the “flutters” aren’t exaggerated or obnoxious, and they look cute on the sleeves.
