NWOT Per Se Size 2 Dress - Blue

This cute dress was never worn because it’s just too short for my taste. It hits well above my knees and Im 5’4”. I usually wear a size 4 and this size 2 fit me well. The slip is not attached and is adjustable. The shell of the dress has front pockets and also little snaps at the shoulders to secure the dress to the slip. Part of the dress os 100% Silk as per the list of materials; I believe it to be the banding on the hemlines and the pockets. It’s a fun dress that is super flattering! Never worn. No pills/stains and has been in the back of my closet in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
