NWOT Patterned tunic/dress - Nordstrom

This is a super adorable buttery soft scoop neck tunic/dress. The ends of the sleeves come out into a bell but are closed tighter with elastic to give them more of a bell bottom shape. The dress feels like lularoe leggings and will not wrinkle. This measures 32"from shoulder to hem, and 16" across pit to pit. The sleeves measure 18" long. This dress is very versatile. Looks great with leggings. Material does have good stretch. Dress is black, red, and cream. NEVER WORN OR WASHED
