NWOT - Pale blue cotton skirt

This cute skirt with diagonally cut gores is made of a lightweight cotton. The waist has small elastic and a zipper in the back. There is no tag that states care or size - likely a sample garment. The waist measures 29.5" and I can measure the hip area upon request. I am estimating the size to be S-M.
