NWOT Pacsun Tie dye distressed t-shirt dress

Pacsun blue/green tie-dye distressed scallop fit long t-shirt or mini dress. It’s definitely more of a mini dress or beach cover-up than a long t-shirt. The darker colors throughout the dress aren’t flaws they’re part of the tie-dye (see pics 3,4 & 5)
