NWOT Omighty neon dress from Dollskill

Item cross posted Never worn, fairly rare overall dress by O- Mighty! I bought this from DollsKill but it never quite fit. There is ZERO stretch in this material. Front bust pocket. Somewhat black light reactive, especially if your light is better than mine. I always thought this would look super cute w/a lil white crop top and platforms or high tops for a more street wear feel.
