NWOT Old Navy floral shorts

Old Navy shorts bright pink with cool orange floral pattern I bought these last summer but never really got the chance to wear them Super cute on, if you are familiar with ON shorts, these are the 3” style I believe They say 0 but ON always runs big so best maybe for 2, even a four.
