NWOT OffOn Shirt Dress, Cotton, Size XS/S

New without tags handmade dress by the indie designer OffOn. This was a custom piece I had made but ended up not using. There are no tags, but the size is approximately an XS or S. Skirt is lined, fully functional buttons, pockets on the skirt, and super soft cotton fabric. The pattern of this dress is a muted green and blush pink, and close-up I think the print looks like lily pads. Please review all photos, approximate measurements are included in the listing photos.
