NWOT Off the Shoulder Floral Print Top 3X(junior)

Cute little summer top. Can be worn off shoulders or not, smocked in the back for extra stretch. Drawstring at neckline. Tried on, never worn. Measures about 16” from center front neckline to bottom, and about 19” pit to pit. Juniors size 3X (21). Thanks for looking!
