This is black and brand new without tags. I added pics of a lighter color to show better detail since black is difficult to photograph. Material on inside looks like it is groomed cotton but it is actually soft fleecy sweatshirt material (hopefully that makes sense!). Back has slits/cut outs at shoulder blades. Pit to pit appx 23” (armpits are dropped and not quite a dolman style) Shoulder to hem appx 20”
