NWOT Neema California Tie Dye Cut Off Sweat Shorts

Super cute little sweat shorts from Neema California! Features a drawstring waist and unfinished hemline. Purchased these at a showroom sample sale as a set with top, but didn't try them on until I got home and I didn't like how the shorts fit, so they've been sitting in a drawer ever since! Brand new without tag. There's no size on the tag, but I'd say they fit a size xsmall or small best! Measurements (taken across, lying flat): -Waist: ~12 inches (unstretched) -Rise: ~11 inches -Inseam: ~8.5 inches
