NWOT- Navy & Red Floral Dress

This is from Target's Merona collection, size medium. More conservative in fit. Higher scoop neck with sleeves and overall length hits around knee. Small pocket on bust and cuffs in sleeves have a pleather piping detail. Print is grounded in navy with a bright red floral print. Only worn to work once. Brand new condition.
