NWOT Navy Blue Dress

NWOT navy blue short dress by City Triangles. Scoop neck front and V-shaped in back with zipper fastener. Comes with peachy-pinkish belt. Tag says size 7, but I would estimate it fits someone who typically wears more like a 2-4 or “small” size. Falls to a little above knee-length.
