New without Tags Nanette Lepore Floral Pleated Dress Sleeveless Mock Neck with 3 button closures in back Pleated at top, and bottom Elastic type of waist which is expandable Pretty floral print with what I believe to be red or similar. (Some may see an orange red?) The flowers are teal, pink, yellow and more. Size 6 Approx Measurements: Length: 42" Arm Pit to Pit: 15" - 16" - 16 1/2" Note: 15" is with laying flat. The pleats can be opened up and you could possibly go up to 16 1/2".: Waist: 12" without expanding with elastic. If you expand with elastic can go up to 16" or so. Dress is new without tags.
