NWOT NY&CO Strapless Dress

NWOT, never worn bandage style cocktail dress. Bought for an event and wore a different dress, unable to return without tags. Pretty golden yellow color Elastic band around top so it doesn't fall down. No padding in bust. No pockets in skirt unfortunately. Back zip closure with hook and eye as well. Top to hem measures 28", waist approx 14.5" but has lots of stretch. Stock photo for reference.
