Never worn. NWOT Black and white dress, City of NY print dress. Small bling in front on chest. Amazing piece, too big and never got around to having it tailored. Made in USA. Poly/Rayon/Spandex blend. Little longer on sides. Love this dress but it needs a home with soneone who will wear it. Fits s to m. Stretchy.
