NWOT NPL modified Orleans/Damme

NPL modified Orleans to be more like wide leg Damme with an elastic waist. I've only worn them once indoors. I had a few mods done and they misunderstood my waist request so they're too big all around my waist and hips. fits more like a large I think (tagging as such). color: toast Waist 15.5" flat, a little over 18" stretched Hips 23" flat Inseam 20" Outerseam 33.5" Rise about 14"
