NWOT NLW Floral Puff Sleeve Midi Dress (Reformation Inspired)

Never worn floral midi dress inspired by Reformation. Fits tight and high on the bust. I am a 36C and it’s too small, so probably better for someone with a smaller chest. Otherwise it’s soooo pretty!
