NWOT Multi-gemstone pendant set in solid sterling silver!

I had a jeweler in Pakistan (who is a friend) create my own line of jewelry using loose gemstones I had in my possession. These are ALL one-of-a-kind pieces in solid sterling silver. So these pieces are all exclusive to me and my closet. BRAND NEW. This is a one-of-a-kind pendant! At the center is a radiant cut citrine , measuring about 10x14mm and it is surrounded by various cuts of pink tourmaline, garnet, and I'm spotting a round cut peridot as well as a round cut light yellow citrine.
