This have never been worn and are in amazing condition!! They are high-rise. The ends are purposefully frayed and they are holes all along the front. There are pockets in the front and back and there are loops for a belt. These are super stretchy and comfortable. The pockets also have a light blue pattern on them and they can be seen slightly when you wear them.
