NWOT Mossimo top

Reposhing this black and white cropped high neck top I purchased from @grapekitty. It's really cute but just doesn't look good on me (I think maybe I don't have the right bra to wear under it). Worn only to try it on. The fabric is interestingly textured, sort of a pseudo-jacquard (I think, I'm not really an expert on textiles).
