NWT Kate Young polka dot print dress in size 8. This dress accentuates curves beautifully. The bust is gathered down the middle and the bottom of the dress flares while walking. Adorable for date night or work, just throw a blazer over it. Dress is fully lined. It didn't come with a belt or belt loops but you can belt this if you want to. 100% polyester. Machine wash/dry.

Hi I am interested in your pretty dress, and am long waisted. Do you know the shoulder to waist measurement? From the chart it looks like 13.5 inches? Thank you!

@mirionk Hi Hon! Okay...sorry for the wait. I wanted to be sure so I measured it myself. Flat-lay, from the top of the strap to the waist is 15". I also have a long waist...which made things tricky as a kid but is such a BLESSING with clothes. You & I can wear high waist stuff and very low waist stuff so easily. 😘
