NWOT! Absolutely beautiful bright blouse from Mon Petit Oiseau. Size Small. Matching self drawstring tie can be used to adjust the width of the neckline. Blouse can be worn off the shoulder, or not. The drawstring tie adjusts for that. Black knit wide band at drop waist. Waistband can be worn higher to blouse up the top! Measurements: bust 38” (19” from armpit to armpit), waist 36”, length 27”, sleeve length 24”. Elastic in sleeve cuffs seems to have lost it’s snap. It is as pictured. It still stretches a bit, but would be worn loosely. Still very pretty. 100% silk. So pretty! And versatile! Great with jeans or a dressy black skirt!
