NWOT Modcloth XL red and purple floral dress with tie collar

Modcloth XL red and purple floral dress with tie collar. This dress is 95% rayon and 5% spandex and is quite stretchy. The fabric is also on the thinner side. I found this a bit too stretchy for me and never wore it, although I did unfortunately remove the tags.
