This is a NWOT "Wow on a Whim" dress from Modcloth in size medium. It has a floral and denim design. The flat measurements are approximately 17.5" bust and 15" waist. There is a little stretch to the dress, but the band restricts the stretch in the waist. Super-cute! My home is smoke-free but dog-friendly.
