NWOT Millenium Snake Print Adjustable Waist Dress

Such a cute dress! Never worn. No tags though, I cut them off a while back! Never got the chance to wear it. Features an adjustable waist, but please note that the waist is almost "halved" into two different adjustment types. The back half is a stretchy/cinched material that adjusts to your body, but that you cannot change/alter. The front half features less stretchy material with a tie in the front. The tie does NOT directly tighten the back half - it's not threaded "through" the back, so if you make the front tie tighter, it will just pull that half tighter and the back will likely stretch out more to accommodate that. It's hard to explain, so if that doesn't make sense, please feel free to ask for another explanation and I can do my best. In a nutshell, please see the belt pictures carefully to understand that.
