liquidchicken55 @denverrunnergal Thanks for liking! I looked at some of my other XS skirts and the waist measurements are between 13-14 inches (26-28). Maybe because it has elastic in the waistband, I probably stretched it some but I’m not sure because it’s been a few weeks that I posted it. I won’t be able to get to this skirt until after 3pm tomorrow because I have an out of town meeting tomorrow morning. But, I’ll be happy to re-measure. Thanks so much for asking!
