NWOT Midi length Dress XL Blue

I purchased this dress from Amazon. It is too big on me. The tag shows XL but it really is almost a 1X. 45” length from back neckline to hem, 19” sleeve length and 23” pit to pit. 2 side pockets. Gathered in front just below bust line.
