New without tag! Never used! Very good quality! Super soft ! It’s too long for me. I have always been thinking to get it alternated but never did. The pit to pit is about 15”, waist is about 14”1/2 I am 5’4” 128lbs. The dress fits me except the length! If you are my height, you would definitely need high heels for this dress!
