NWOT Maxi Skirt/Dress

Hi/Low dress, or skirt (prefer using it as a skirt) Moves beautifully and the side ruffle only accentuates that. Removable straps. Pics do not do this justice!!! So many colors that it’s easy to pair with something that you may already have in your closet!!!! XL but would fit at least 2 sizes larger. I’ve tried this on, but never actually “worn” it
