NWOT Maurice’s khaki pants straight leg mid-rise 20W 20 regular 20R

Reposhing these pants I purchased from @busternme. I went to wear them and find I cannot fit them. Size 20R (20 regular length). These are great quality pants! 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Extra button is attached near the front left pocket in a little bag. Waist 19.5” (39” doubled), rise 11”, inseam 32”. Zip and single button front. Straight leg, mid-rise. Fantastic pants.
