See photos for list of herbal ingredients and directions from Mars Wellness. Instructions from Mars Wellness: A) Heat: Place booties in microwave. Allow turn table to rotate freely. Microwave 1 minute depending on desired warmth. Microwave additional 30-second increments as needed. Do not exceed 2 minutes heating time. Check temperature. Gently shift/shake herbs side to side to distribute heat before wearing. B) Chill: Seal in plastic bag. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours. Shift/shake herbs side to side before wearing.
