NWOT Madewell size XL blue blouse w/ white pattern puff sleeves and flowy bottom

Madewell size XL puff sleeves shirt with cross over cut v-neck. Has a ruched panel on the upper back to tighten at the chest and have a very flowy bottom. elastic at the end of the puff sleeves. New, I removed the madewell tag but it was never worn. Excellent condition!
