Stunning garnet red ruffle detail cocktail dress. Plunge neckline and pleating details on the bust and waist. Dress is fully lined with a back hidden zipper. Zipper is fully functional with no issues, dress is just too small for the mannequin and I wasn’t going to force it closed. No stretch in the fabric. Underarm 16” Flat waist 13” Length 45” Dress is brand new and unworn, but has been kept on the sales floor and tried on in store.
