NWOT M Heart and Hips ribbed A line dress with double string straps on each shoulder New without tags because it’s a boutique item Never worn - 81% polyester 19% rayon - extremely soft and stretchy material almost silky Wide skirt fitted waist and chest high vneck with seem to accentuate your curves I don’t wear this size - but it looks to me like it runs a little small - that may just be the brand but my mannequin is a size 6 and this barely seems big on it so probably best for a size 6 or more fitted for a size 8
