I bought this at Nordstrom for my daughter. She planned on wearing it and took off the tags, but never did. So....no return. It's a great dress and she actually has a similar one in order from Nordstrom right now, so I have no idea why she doesn't just wear this one, but there's no point in asking. 😩 This dress is long sold out so take the opportunity to grab it. mommydearest @aecox100 Hi, so it’s a bit difficult to measure because of the elastic waist. When I laid it flat I got 32”, but when I measured hanging I got a tad over 33”. I hope that gets you close enough. I suspect on it will be shorter yet, due to the elasticized waist depending on how much blouson you like. Feel free to ask me other questions.
