NWOT Lulus Navy tie front skater dress never worn

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nlange929. Loved it, but it’s too big on my chest. This would be perfect for busty girls! I am a 36C and the extra room makes me look extra wide, lol. My loss is your gain. The colors are beautiful and it’s really light weight. The tie front is adorable and flattering if you fill it out. There is plenty of room in the waist to.
