ssands82 What you are seeing is what it is. It is the one layer.. However, it layers with other coats. I hope I have helped. I had the whole set. It's sort of hard to explain unless you see it.

ssands82 @ksapp007 it is also definitely black. :) I bought it, and had a reason for choosing black. I can understand, though. From a photo online, this could be a dark navy blue.
