NWOT Lucy in the Sky dress

purchased for a semi-formal but never worn cowl-neck style adjustable strap all sequins in good condition except for the spot pictured, unfortunately the dress came that way. it is not noticeable unless examining closely for reference I wear a size 4/6 in most clothing feel free to ask any questions:)
