NWOT - Long top/Cover-up/Skirt

This is a very versatile article of clothing. It can be worn as a top, or a beach cover-up or a skirt. It is striped brown and brown shimmers and lightweight. The care instruction tag has no information on it - likely a sample garment. Waist measures 26" and stretches about 2". Fabric type not listed but it is likely polyester.
